Canon-McMillan, Pennsylvania – A 48-year-old teacher from Canon-McMillan High School has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of institutional sexual assault involving a former student. Justin White faces 13 counts related to the allegations and one count for criminal use of a communication facility following an investigation initiated when a concerned father discovered inappropriate messages on his daughter’s phone.
White turned himself in to authorities accompanied by his lawyer, where he was taken into custody wearing handcuffs. His bond has been set at $150,000, and he has received a court order to have no contact with the victim or Canon-McMillan School District.
The investigation commenced when the father reported finding explicit messages and images exchanged between his daughter and White. According to the details revealed, the alleged relationship began in October 2023, becoming sexual only after the victim turned 18 years old. Reports indicate that White provided the victim with gifts, which included a necklace and a burner phone to facilitate private communication.
