Ardalan began her legal career in 2005 when she started as a receptionist at Ardalan & Associates. Within her first three months, she advanced to a file clerk position, showcasing her proactive approach. Over the next 19 years at Ardalan & Associates, she took on various roles, including legal assistant, bookkeeper, and office manager. Her early responsibilities involved supporting four attorneys across different legal areas and preparing cases for trial, building her reputation for efficiency and meticulousness.
During her time as a legal assistant, Ardalan gained extensive experience in trial preparation and case management, which laid the groundwork for her future legal practice. She took on managerial duties by hiring, training staff, and developing procedural manuals, demonstrating her leadership capability.
